  • Abstract: As part of the youth group, the improvement of their self-efficacy is of great significance totheir personal development, academic achievements and occupation success. Based on this, in order tograsp the current status of self-efficiency of secondary vocational students, this article uses a secondaryvocational school as the research object, and uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze the horizontalcomparative analysis of the level of self-efficacy in the school. According to the research and development,the self-factor of society, schools, teachers, and students will affect the self-efficacy of secondary vocationalstudents. At the same time, research has found that the current sense of self-efficacy of vocational studentsis generally low. How to effectively improve their self-efficacy is an important issue that needs attentionand solution. 中职生作为青少年群体的一部分,其自我效能感的提升对于他们的个人发展、学业成就和职业成功具有重要意义。基于此,为掌握中职学生自我效能现状,本文以某中职学校为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对在校中职生自我效能感水平进行横向比较分析。经调研发现,社会、学校、教师以及学生自我因素,都会对中职学生自我效能产生影响。同时研究发现当前中职生自我效能感普遍偏低,如何有效提升他们的自我效能感是一个需要关注和解决的重要问题。
