摘要：睡眠呼吸暂停是普遍存在于临床的呼吸系统疾病，对患者的睡眠质量、生活质量及身心健康具有较大影响。为了准确把握睡眠呼吸暂停的干预研究轨迹及其已有成果，促进睡眠研究在未来的多维度健康发展，本文对国内外近20年来关于睡眠呼吸暂停的致病因素及心理干预研究，进行梳理与总结，并在此基础上，提出该领域未来值得探讨的研究议题。
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common respiratory disease in clinical practice, whichhas a great impact on patients’ sleep quality, quality of life and physical and mental health. In orderto accurately grasp the trajectory of intervention research on OSA and its existing achievements, andpromote the multi-dimensional and healthy development of sleep study in the future, this paper reviewsand summarizes the pathogenic factors and psychological intervention research on OSA at home andabroad in the past 20 years, and proposes future research topics worthy of discussion in this field on thisbasis.
