Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the mechanisms influencing the employment psychology of undergraduate students. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,012 undergraduate students in Hunan Province, and statistical analyses were performed using SPSS. The results revealed that career development interventions—such as student leadership experience, off-campus internship experience, and career guidance courses and activities—significantly reduce employment psychological issues among undergraduate students. Family socioeconomic status (SES) positively predicts perceived employment stress. Additionally, employment preparation exhibits a partial suppressive mediation effect between SES and employment stress. This study uncovers the complex mechanisms underlying employment psychology in undergraduate students, providing empirical evidence for colleges to implement targeted career guidance programs.
本研究旨在探讨本科大学生就业心理的影响机制。通过对湖南省1012名本科大学生进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。研究发现,学生干部经历、校外实习经历、就业指导课程及相关活动等职业发展干预策略能够显著降低本科大学生的就业心理问题;SES对本科大学生的就业压力感起正向预测作用;就业准备在SES与就业压力之间起部分遮掩中介效应。本研究揭示了本科大学生就业心理的复杂机制,为本科院校针对性开展就业指导工作提供了实证依据。
