心理委员共情疲劳:内涵,影响及干预策略

  • Abstract: College psychological committee members are an important force in the school’s mental health prevention and control system, but long-term engagement in empathy can easily lead to empathy fatigue. Empathy fatigue can result in physical and mental discomfort, cognitive bias, and reduced work efficiency among psychological committee members, thereby increasing their intent to leave and weakening the overall mental health education service capacity. By reviewing the influencing factors of empathy fatigue and analyzing its occurrence mechanism, we advocate for the implementation of trauma-informed courses and experiential teaching training to enhance the coping abilities of psychological committee members. Furthermore, we suggest helping psychological committee members enhance their internal resources for self-care and leverage external resources to gain social support, thereby reducing empathy fatigue. This entails integrating individual, school, and social resources for effective intervention, reducing empathy fatigue among psychological committee members, maintaining their mental health, and ensuring the sustainable development of psychological education. 高校心理委员是学校心理健康防控体系的重要力量,但工作期间因长期投入共情易引发共情疲劳。共情疲劳会导致心理委员身心不适、认知偏差及工作效能降低,进而增加离职意愿,削弱整体心理健康教育服务力量。通过梳理共情疲劳的影响因素分析共情疲劳的发生机制,本文倡导推行创伤知情课程与体验式教学培训以提升心理委员应对能力,并通过帮助心理委员提升内部资源进行自我护理和借助外部资源获取社会支持来减少共情疲劳。即整合个人、学校与社会资源进行有效干预,减少心理委员共情疲劳,维护心理委员心理健康,保障心理育人工作可持续发展。
