  • Abstract: With the development of social diversification, psychological problems such as rumination and alexithymia occur frequently among middle school students. China’s “Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline clearly proposes to “strengthen the construction of mental health service system, with a focus on the youth group”. The “Special Action Plan for Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving Students’ Mental Health Work in the New Era (2023-2025)” jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and 16 other departments further emphasizes the intervention principle of “prevention first and moving the threshold forward”, requiring the formulation of scientific prevention and control strategies for psychological risk sources such as campus discrimination. This paper aims to study the impact of perceived discrimination on rumination and alexithymia in middle school students, and propose a comprehensive intervention program centered on group psychological counseling. It has important practical significance for cultivating positive personality traits of middle school students, and also provides a psychological basis for building an inclusive campus ecology. 随着社会多元化发展,中学生群体思维反刍和述情障碍等心理问题频发。我国《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》明确提出“加强心理健康服务体系建设,重点关注青少年群体”,教育部等十七部门联合印发的《全面加强和改进新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划(2023—2025年)》进一步强调“预防为主、关口前移”的干预原则,要求针对校园歧视等心理风险源制定科学防控策略。本文旨在研究歧视知觉对中学生思维反刍与述情障碍的影响,并提出以团体心理辅导为核心的综合干预方案,这对培养中学生积极人格特质具有重要现实意义,亦为构建包容性校园生态提供心理学依据。
