青少年焦虑障碍的正念干预研究进展

  • Abstract: Anxiety disorders encompass a variety of types and have a relatively high prevalence rate. Currently, anxiety issues among adolescents in China are prominent and show an upward trend. There are diverse intervention methods for anxiety, most of which take relieving stress, regulating emotions, and promoting well-being as treatment goals. As an important intervention method, mindfulness emphasizes non-judgmental attention to the present moment. Based on the cognitive neural mechanisms and clinical symptoms of anxiety disorders, this paper expounds on the core dimensions and multi-domain positive impacts of mindfulness intervention, and sorts out its intervention effects in different groups and types of anxiety disorders. Finally, it puts forward the value of mindfulness in the cultivation of adolescents’ positive psychology, and constructs an intervention system of “scene embedding - form innovation - support guarantee”, so as to provide ideas for relevant practices of mindfulness intervention for adolescents. 焦虑障碍含多种类型,患病率较高。当下,我国青少年焦虑问题突出且呈上升态势。针对焦虑的干预方式多样,多以缓解压力、调节情绪,促进幸福为治疗目标。正念作为一种重要的干预手段,强调不加评判关注当下。基于焦虑症的认知神经机制与临床症状,阐述正念干预的核心维度与多领域积极影响,梳理其在不同群体、焦虑症类型中的干预效果。最后提出正念在青少年积极心理培育中的价值,构想“场景嵌入—形式创新—支持保障”的干预体系,为青少年正念干预的相关实践提供思路。
