  • Abstract: At present, AI recommendation algorithms have been deeply embedded in the daily consumption practices of Generation Z, evolving from tools for information filtering into implicit mechanisms that reconstruct consumer cognition and behavioral patterns. This study focuses on the group psychological construction path of “conformitydomestication.” Based on a questionnaire survey of 212 Generation Z individuals, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 26.0. The findings reveal that Generation Z exhibits a significant characteristic of “domesticated dependence” on AI recommendation algorithms—87.3% of respondents acknowledged that algorithms influenced their consumption decisions, yet only 31.6% believed that the recommended content aligned with their actual needs. Perceived trust and perceived domestication showed a significant negative correlation (r=-0.487, p<0.01). The consumption compliance of the high perceived domestication group (M=3.82) was significantly higher than that of the low perceived domestication group (M=3.02), p<0.001. The study indicates that Generation Z experiences a group psychological construction process from “passive conformity” to “active domestication” within algorithm-driven recommendation systems. This construction reflects both an internalized adaptation to algorithmic logic and an implicit transfer of consumer autonomy. 当下,AI推荐算法已深度嵌入Z世代青年的日常消费实践,从信息筛选工具演化至重构消费认知与行为模式的隐性机制。本研究聚焦“从众——驯化”的群体心理建构路径,基于对212名Z世代青年群体的问卷调查,运用SPSS26.0进行描述性统计、独立样本t检验、相关分析与回归分析。研究发现:Z世代对AI推荐算法呈现出显著的“驯化型依赖”特征——87.3%的受访者承认算法影响了消费决策,但仅31.6%的青年群体认为推荐内容符合真实需求;感知信任与感知驯化呈显著负相关(r=-0.487,p<0.01);高感知驯化组的消费顺从度(M=3.82)显著高于低感知驯化组(M=3.02),p<0.001。研究表明,Z世代在算法推荐系统中经历了从“被动从众”到“主动驯化”的群体心理建构过程,这种建构既体现为对算法逻辑的内化适应,也表现为消费自主性的隐性让渡。
