• Abstract: As a prevalent social psychological phenomenon, social exclusion exerts a profound impact on individuals’ mental health and social behavior. Building on a review of existing research, this paper categorizes the influencing factors of social exclusion into two major types: environmental factors and individual factors. It further analyzes their mechanisms from the perspectives of culture, social support, money, drugs, rejection sensitivity, attachment styles, and attribution styles. In addition, drawing on recent studies, this paper explores the moderating effects of cynicism and exclusion types on subsequent behavioral responses to social exclusion. The aim of this paper is to provide a systematic theoretical foundation for both theoretical research and practical interventions on social exclusion. 社会排斥作为一种普遍存在的社会心理现象，对个体的心理健康与社会行为产生深远影响。本文在梳理已有研究的基础上，将社会排斥的影响因素归纳为环境因素与个人因素两大类，并分别从文化、社会支持、金钱、药物、拒绝敏感性、依恋风格、归因方式等方面分析其作用机制。同时，结合近年研究，探讨了愤世嫉俗与排斥类型对社会排斥后续行为的调节作用。本文旨在为社会排斥的理论研究与实践干预提供系统的理论依据。
