Abstract:
This study investigated the psychological characteristics and mental health service needs of college students in the context of the digital and intelligent era using a questionnaire survey. Participants were undergraduate students from a university. The results indicated that overall mobile phone usage time among college students was relatively high, with more than half reporting daily use exceeding six hours, and a proportion of students showing signs of mobile phone dependence. AI-based psychological services were primarily used to address academic stress, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationship issues, and more than half of the users reported that these services helped alleviate their psychological distress to some extent. Overall, college students demonstrated relatively positive psychological strengths; however, scores related to self-confidence expression were comparatively lower. Based on these findings, it is suggested that universities should strengthen digital literacy education and develop a collaborative mental health service model integrating human counseling and intelligent services to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of mental health education.
本研究以某民办高校在校大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法了解数智化时代背景下民办高校大学生心理健康特点及心理服务需求状况。结果显示,民办高校大学生手机使用时间整体较长,超过一半学生日均使用手机时间在6小时以上,部分学生存在一定手机依赖倾向;AI心理服务主要用于学习压力、情绪调节及人际关系问题求助,半数以上使用者认为其在一定程度上缓解了心理困扰。基于调查结果,提出民办高校应加强数字素养教育,构建“人工咨询+智能服务”协同的心理健康服务模式,以进一步提升心理健康教育工作的针对性与有效性。
