• Abstract: The core symptoms of depression are persistent and marked low mood accompanied by decreased interest, which severely impair individuals’ social functioning and quality of life. Nowadays, adolescents have gradually become a high‑risk group for depression, and the underlying neural mechanisms of depression have attracted increasing attention. Against this backdrop, this paper reviews relevant mechanisms of attentional bias in patients with depression from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience. It provides a theoretical reference for translating relevant research findings from laboratory settings into clinical practice and further developing effective psychological intervention approaches. 抑郁症的核心症状是持续且显著的情绪低落，加上兴趣减退，这些症状会严重损害一个人的社会功能和生活质量。如今，青少年逐渐成为抑郁症的高发群体，而抑郁症背后的神经机制也受到越来越多关注。在此背景下，本文从认知神经科学的角度出发，梳理抑郁症患者注意偏向的相关机制，可为相关研究成果从实验室走向临床，并进一步转化为有效的心理干预方法提供理论上的参考。
