  • Abstract: This paper systematically reviews the conceptual connotations, core characteristics and theoretical foundations of psychological richness, summarizes the localized research achievements of Chinese scholars, and combined with the practical challenges of college mental health education, proposes the development trends of psychological richness in terms of conceptual transformation, goal expansion, innovation in teaching methods and integration of cultural localization. It provides a reference for the theoretical construction and practical innovation of college mental health education in the new era. 本文梳理心理丰富性的概念内涵、核心特征与理论基础,总结中国学者的本土化研究成果,并结合高校心理健康教育现实挑战,提出心理丰富性在理念转向、目标拓展、教学方法创新及文化本土化融合等方面的发展趋势,为新时代高校心理健康教育的理论建构与实践创新提供参考。
