  • Abstract: The article analyzes the current situation of social exclusion and bullying behavior of middle school students, discusses in depth the effective application of Short-term Focused Solution-Based Therapy (SFBT) in reducing the social exclusion and bullying behavior of middle school students, and proposes specific intervention strategies and implementation plans, aiming to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for campus mental health education and anti-bullying work. SFBT is recognized as a highly effective and positively oriented approach to reduce social exclusion and bullying behavior of middle school students. characteristics, it is gradually gaining attention. It helps students build positive self-perceptions and improve their ability to cope with bullying and exclusion through building a solid counseling relationship, applying focal solution techniques, strengthening home-school cooperation and expanding the social support network, as well as continuous follow-up and personalized adjustment. At the same time, SFBT also encourages individuals to establish healthy interpersonal relationships to enhance their social skills and sense of social integration. Through the research in this paper, we expect to provide new perspectives and methods for campus mental health education, promote the application and development of SFBT in the field of secondary school students’ mental health, and create a safer, healthier, and more harmonious environment for secondary school students to grow up in. 文章分析了中学生社会排斥与欺凌行为的现状,深入探讨了焦点解决短期疗法(SFBT)在降低中学生社会排斥与校园欺凌行为中的应用,并提出了具体的干预策略和实施方案,旨在为校园心理健康教育和反欺凌工作提供科学的理论依据和实践指导。SFBT以其高效和积极导向的特点,逐渐受到重视。该疗法通过构建稳固的咨询关系、应用焦点解决技术、加强家校合作与拓展社会支持网络,以及持续跟进与个性化调整,帮助学生建立积极的自我认知,提高其应对欺凌和排斥的能力。同时,SFBT还鼓励个体建立健康的人际关系,增强其社交能力和社会融入感。通过本文的研究,我们期望能为校园心理健康教育提供新的视角和方法,推动SFBT在中学生心理健康领域的应用和发展,为中学生创造一个更加安全、健康、和谐的成长环境。
