Abstract:
Multiple studies indicate that the mental health level of grassroots civil servants is lower than the national norm, manifesting in prominent issues such as anxiety, depression, occupational burnout, and somatization. Their psychological problems stem from excessive work pressure, career development bottlenecks, low salary and benefits, and insufficient humanistic care. Based on this, targeted recommendations are proposed from five aspects: establishing a correct professional outlook, eliminating psychological stigmatization, improving living habits, utilizing expressive writing, and strengthening external support, providing a reference for enhancing the mental health level of grassroots civil servants.
多项研究表明,基层公务员心理健康水平低于国内常模,表现在焦虑、抑郁、职业倦怠、躯体化等问题较为突出。其心理问题源于工作压力过大、职业发展瓶颈、收入水平与工作负荷不相协调、人文关怀不足等。基于此,分别从树立正确职业观、破除心理污名化、改善生活习惯、借助表达性写作、强化外部支撑五个方面提出针对性建议,为提升基层公务员心理健康水平提供参考。
