• Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of maladaptive perfectionism, interpersonal relationship distress, emotional resilience on non-suicidal self-injury behavior. Methods: A sample of 562 middle school students were recruited to complete the Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, the Emotional Resilience Scale, the Interpersonal Relationship Scale and the Adolescents Self-Harm Scale. Results: (1)Non-suicidal self-injury behavior was positively related with maladaptive perfectionism, interpersonal relationship distress(r=0.20~0.28, p<0.01), and negatively related with emotional resilience(r=-0.19, p<0.01). Interpersonal relationship distress was positively related with maladaptive perfectionism(r=0.39, p<0.01), emotional resilience was negatively related with interpersonal relationship distress and maladaptive perfectionism(r=-0.46~-0.16, p<0.01). (2)Maladaptive perfectionism could significantly predict nonsuicidal self-injury behavior positively, and interpersonal relationship distress played a mediating role between the two variables. The mediating effect was 0.05. (3)The relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and non-suicidal selfharm behavior (the direct path) is regulated by emotional resilience, the moderating path was reflected as follows: with the elevation of emotional resilience, the positive predictive effect of maladaptive perfectionism on NSSI weakened significantly, the positive predictive effect of maladaptive perfectionism on non-suicidal self-injury behavior decreased (low emotional resilience group: β= 0.11, p<0.001 vs high emotional resilience group: β=0.01, p>0.05). Conclusion: There are mediating and moderating effects between maladaptive perfectionism and non-suicidal self-injury behavior, and interpersonal relationship distress is the mediating variable of the relationship between them, and emotional resilience plays a regulatory role in the direct path of maladaptive perfectionism and non-suicidal self-injury behavior. 目的：探讨初中生非适应性完美主义对非自杀性自伤行为的影响以及人际关系困扰和情绪弹性在二者中的作用。方法：采用青少年自我伤害行为问卷、中文Frost多维度完美主义问卷、青少年情绪弹性问卷、人际关系综合诊断量表对562名初中生进行调查。结果：（1）非自杀性自伤行为与非适应性完美主义、人际关系困扰呈现显著正相关（r=0.20～0.28，p<0.01）、与情绪弹性呈现显著负相关（r=-0.19，p<0.01），人际关系困扰与非适应性完美主义呈现显著正相关（r=0.39，p<0.01），情绪弹性与人际关系困扰、非适应性完美主义呈现显著负相关（r=-0.46～-0.16，p<0.01）；（2）非适应性完美主义可显著正向预测非自杀性自伤行为，且人际关系困扰在二者间起中介作用，中介效应量为0.05；（3）非适应性完美主义与非自杀性自伤行为的关系（即直接路径）受到情绪弹性的调节，即随着情绪弹性的提高，非适应性完美主义对非自杀性自伤行为的正向预测作用减弱（情绪弹性低分组β=0.11，p<0.001vs情绪弹性高分组β=0.01，p>0.05）。结论：非适应性完美主义和非自杀性自伤行为之间存在中介效应和调节效应，人际关系困扰是二者关系的中介变量，情绪弹性在非适应性完美主义和非自杀性自伤行为的直接路径中起调节作用。
