• Abstract: Cadets in military academies live and study in an environment featuring high-intensity training and closed management, which poses greater challenges to psychological stress adjustment. Digital and intelligent technologies such as big data, multimodal recognition and VR simulation can improve psychological services, yet mainstream internet platforms fail to meet the confidentiality and administrative requirements of military institutions. Combining existing empirical studies and the operational characteristics of military academies, this paper sorts out the development rules of digital-intelligent psychological services and analyzes the contradictions of traditional service models. It proposes constructing an integrated psychological service system consisting of a fundamental data base, functional supporting modules and a closed-loop operation mechanism. To advance practical implementation, targeted measures are put forward, including integrating construction and management chains at all levels, carrying out tiered training on practical capabilities for digital-intelligent psychological work, covering major mission scenarios, and establishing dynamic assessment and long-term iteration guarantee mechanisms. This research provides theoretical references and practical solutions for full-cycle psychological cultivation of military cadets. 军校学员长期处于高强度训练、封闭式管控的学习环境，心理压力调适工作面临更大挑战。依托大数据、多模态识别、VR仿真等数智化技术手段可优化心理服务工作，但互联网平台不适配保密与管理要求。结合现有实证研究与军校运行特征，本文梳理心理服务数智化发展规律，剖析传统模式矛盾，提出通过“底层数据基座—功能支撑模块—闭环运行机制”构建一体化心理服务体系的设想，从贯通一体抓建抓管链路、分层开展数智心理实操能力培育、大项任务场景、动态考核与长效迭代保障等方面推动实践落地，为军校学员全周期心理培育提供理论参考与实践方案。
