高中生同伴关系对利他行为的影响：共情的中介作用

• Abstract: This study aimed to explore the influence of peer relationships on altruistic behavior among high school students and the mediating role of empathy in this relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 414 students from a high school in Qinzhou City using the Peer Relationship Scale, the Altruistic Behavior Self-Report Scale, and the Basic Empathy Scale, and the data were analyzed using correlation analysis and mediation effect tests. The results showed that peer relationships, empathy, and altruistic behavior were all significantly and positively correlated with each other, and empathy mediated the relationship between peer relationships and altruistic behavior. These findings suggest that positive peer relationships may be associated with altruistic behavior through enhanced empathy, providing both theoretical support and practical implications for schools to promote the development of students’ altruistic behavior. 为探讨高中生同伴关系对利他行为的影响及共情在其中的中介作用。采用同伴关系量表、利他行为自陈量表和基本共情量表对钦州市某高中414名学生进行问卷调查，并对数据进行相关分析和中介效应检验。结果表明，同伴关系、共情与利他行为三者之间均呈两两显著正相关，且共情在同伴关系与利他行为之间起中介作用。这一结果揭示，良好的同伴关系可能通过提高共情水平与利他行为相关联，为学校促进学生利他行为的发展提供了理论支持与实践启示。
