  • 摘要: 生鲜商品是我们生活中的刚性需求,但由于其易损耗特性导致供应链成本高。“最后一公里”末端配送更是生鲜电商市场的痛点问题。前置仓模式在此背景下应运而生,它集专业化仓配功能为一体,旨在解决生鲜电商市场“最后一公里”末端配送痛点问题。它以社区小型仓库为中心点,1-3 公里为配送半径,为顾客提供即时到家服务,最大限度提升顾客消费体验。本文将从前置仓模式产生背景、基本情况及三种代表性模式进行具体分析。
  • Fresh goods are the rigid demand in our life, but because of their easy wear and tear characteristics, the cost of supply chain is high. "The last kilometer" end distribution is the fresh e-commerce market pain point problem. Under this background, the pre-warehouse model emerges as the times require, which integrates the specialized Storage and distribution functions in order to solve the problem of “the last kilometer” end distribution pain point in the fresh e-commerce market. It takes the community small warehouse as the center point, 1-3 kilometers as the distribution radius, provides the customer with the immediate home service, enhances the customer consumption experience to the greatest extent. This paper will analyze the background, basic situation and three representative models of the front warehouse model.
