疫情常态下的教育问题与应对策略

• 摘要： 2020 年开始的新冠肺炎疫情防控工作取得了很好的效果，但疫情所暴露出来的一些教育问题令人深思，如部分公民法治意识淡漠，道德素养及规则意识差为 疫情防控工作带来极大的阻碍和挑战。文章针对疫情中某些现象所反映出的典型问题，结合我国教育方针和正在改革中的教育体制提出思考与建议：在日后的教育教学工作中，应加强道德法治教育，培养规则意识；推广科普知识，推进通识教育；创新教学形式，培育新时代教师；重视心理健康教育。从而使中国特色社会主义教育体系更加完善，保障人民群众身心健康，更好地服务于社会，同时提升社会整体层面面对应急突发情况的能力。
• The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work started in 2020 has achieved good results. However, some educational problems exposed by the epidemic are thought-provoking. For example, some citizens’ indifferent awareness of rule of law, poor moral quality and awareness of rules bring great obstacles and challenges to epidemic prevention and control. In view of the typical problems reflected by some phenomena in the epidemic situation, combined with China’s educational policy and the educational system under reform, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions: in the future education and teaching work, we should strengthen the education of morality and the rule of law and cultivate the awareness of rules; Popularize popular science knowledge and promote general education; Innovating teaching forms and cultivating teachers in the new era; Pay attention to mental health education. So as to improve the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, ensure the physical and mental health of the people, better serve the society, and improve the ability of the whole society to face emergencies.
