• 摘要： 维持社会和谐是我国构建稳定社会，大力发展依法治国的重要工作，也是我国经济顺利发展的重要保障。但随着城市化的进程，关于农民工的维权问题成为了 一项事关国家稳定和社会秩序的重大课题。在我国社会发展的过程中一直伴随着拖欠农民工工资、农民工暴力维权等现象。本篇论文以作为弱势群体的农民工如何维权为重点，分析农民工维权所面对的困境及原因，其主要在于农民工自身法律意识薄弱、企业制度不合理、国家法律法规不够完善等。另外本文主要从以下几个方面改变这种境况：提高农民工的法律意识、完善企业制度、充分利用现代社会政策、降低维权成本等。帮助农民工解决维权所面对的问题，其根本目的是维护社会稳定，构建和谐社会，推动社区发展及切实维护农民工合法权益。
• Maintaining social harmony is an important work for building a stable society and vigorously developing the rule of law in China, as well as an important guarantee for the smooth development of China’s economy. However, with the process of urbanization, the rights protection of migrant workers has become a major issue concerning national stability and social order. In the process of China’s social development has been accompanied by delays in the wages of migrant workers, migrant workers violent rights and other phenomena. This paper focuses on how to protect the rights of migrant workers as a vulnerable group, analyzes the difficulties and causes of migrant workers’ rights protection, which mainly lies in their own weak legal awareness, unreasonable enterprise system, national laws and regulations are not perfect. In addition, this paper mainly changes this situation from the following aspects: improve the legal awareness of migrant workers, improve the enterprise system, make full use of modern social policies, reduce the cost of rights protection and so on. The fundamental purpose of helping migrant workers to solve the problems they face in safeguarding their rights is to maintain social stability, build a harmonious society, promote community development and effectively safeguard the legal rights and interests of migrant workers.
