JCI评审指标对民营医院管理的改造与影响

• 摘要： 近年来，随着国家鼓励社会资本办医政策的颁布，我国民营医院已成为朝阳产业。为追求建设更高层次的民营医疗已有不少医院通过我国的医院评审达到三级医院的标准，但它们在发展过程中仍存困境，尤其是在医院管理流程方面，其中的护理管理、医疗安全管理、患者安全管理、用药安全与医院感染管理这五个 方面的医院管理流程还有待优化。本文将通过文献研究法、数据分析法，分析JCI 国际医院评审标准是否能够解决我国民营医院现存的问题。鼓励民营医院通过积极申请JCI 国际认证，成为医疗服务行业的标杆。
• In recent years, with the promulgation of the policy of encouraging social capital to run hospitals, private hospitals in China have become a sunrise industry. For the construction of a higher level of private health care has quite a few hospitals have been through the hospital evaluation in China reached the standard of tertiary hospitals, but they are still in the process of development of save trouble, especially in the hospital management process, including patients with nursing management, medical safety management, safety management, drug safety and hospital infection management, the five aspects of hospital management process remains to be optimized. Through literature research, data analysis and descriptive research, this paper will analyze whether the JCI international hospital accreditation standards can solve the existing problems of private hospitals in China. Encourage private hospitals to actively apply for JCI international certification and become the service benchmark in the medical industry.
