• Abstract: “Star chasing group” is an organized concept and professional circle organized by star fans. However, with the continuous development of the idol economy, the gradually deformed“Star chasing group” culture has brought some to the physical and mental health of college students. Negative Effects. This study uses questionnaire survey method, case analysis method and other research methods to analyze the status quo of college students chasing stars under the background of the “clearness” policy, as well as the characteristics of college students’ understanding of “clearness action”, and on this basis, proposes a rational guiding strategy for chasing stars. “饭圈”是追星粉丝组织起来的一个有组织概念和专业化的圈层，但随着偶像经济的不断发展，逐渐畸形的“饭圈”文化对大学生身心健康带来了一些不利影响。研究运用问卷调查法，案例分析法等研究方法，分析“清朗”政策背景下的大学生追星现状，以及大学生对“清朗行动”认识特征，在此基础上，提出理性追星的引导策略。
