• 摘要： “十四五”时期我国社会将进入中度老龄化阶段。为有效回应云南老龄社会“未富先老”的困局，文章首先梳理了云南老年人心理健康服务需求存在对心理健康保健认知度不高和主客观心理健康需求偏差等问题；其次，对云南老年人心理健康服务的现状问题进行剖析；最后，从顶层设计、多维度主体及社区共同体视角，提出优化云南老年心理健康关爱服务的路径及对策。
• During the 14th Five-year Plan period, Chinese society will enter the moderate aging stage. In order to effectively respond to the dilemma of “being rich” in the aging society in Yunnan, the paper first sorts out the problems of mental health care in Yunnan, and then analyzes the current situation of mental health service in Yunnan. Finally, from the perspective of top-level design, multidimensional subjects and community community, the path and countermeasures of optimizing the mental health care service for the elderly in Yunnan are put forward.
