全面乡村振兴背景下“村改居”社区治理的困境与优化探讨

• 摘要： 党的二十大报告明确提出“加快建设农业强国，扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴”。村改居社区作为乡村振兴的重要组成部分，对于提高农民居住条件、促进农村经济社会发展具有重要意义。本文通过文献综述和实地调研，旨在研究全面乡村振兴背景下“村改居”社区治理的问题。主要探讨了“村改居”社区治理意义，当前面临的现实困境，并对这些困境进行了原因分析，提出了优化治理的建议。本研究的结论对于推动全面乡村振兴、缩小城乡差距、促进城乡融合发展具有重要意义。
• The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to “accelerate the construction of an agriculturalpower and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture,ecology, and organizations.” As an important component of rural revitalization,village to village communities are of great significance in improving farmers’living conditions and promoting rural economic and social development.This article aims to study the issue of community governance in the context ofcomprehensive rural revitalization through literature review and field research.This article mainly discusses the significance of community governance inthe process of “village to house”, the current practical difficulties faced, andanalyzes the reasons for these difficulties, proposing suggestions for optimizinggovernance. The conclusions of this study are of great significance forpromoting comprehensive rural revitalization, narrowing the urban-rural gap,and promoting urban-rural integration and development.
