职业院校定向培养军士后备人才职业发展教育体系的探讨

• 摘要： 高职院校定向培养士官生是贯彻落实军民融合发展战略、培养高素质军士人才的重要举措。为适应现代化军队建设需要，加快打造信息化、现代化水平军队，应不断提升军士人才培养质量。本文根据目前高职院校人才培养方面的问题，从宏观到微观提出了一些具体的职业发展教育体系的构想。
• Targeted training of non commissioned officers in vocational collegesis an important measure to implement the strategy of integrating military andcivilian development and cultivate high-quality military personnel. In order tomeet the needs of modern military construction and accelerate the constructionof an information-based and modernized military, the quality of militarypersonnel training should be continuously improved. This article proposessome specific ideas for the vocational development education system frommacro to micro perspectives based on the current problems in talent cultivationin vocational colleges.
