Abstract:
Decent work, which encapsulates people’s aspirations in their workand lives, is an important part of happiness. Focusing on the core variable ofdecent work, the psychology of working theory has received extensive researchand attention because it can help people cope with the challenges from work.Based on the psychology of working theory, this paper systematically reviewsthe concept, measurement methods, antecedents, consequences and mechanismof decent work, and points out that future studies should enrich the researchmethods of decent work, explore the mechanism of decent work, and promotethe localization of decent work from the aspects of research object, structuraldimension and formation mechanism.
体面工作(DecentWork)概括了人们在工作生活中的抱负,是幸福的重要组成部分。围绕体面工作这一核心变量,工作心理理论因能帮助人们应对来自工作的挑战而受到了广泛研究和关注。基于工作心理理论,本文系统梳理了体面工作的概念测量、前因后果,以及作用机制,指出未来研究应丰富体面工作的研究方法,探究体面工作的作用机制,并从研究对象、结构维度和形成机制等方面推进体面工作的本土化发展。
