• Abstract: In the context of the digital age, the personal information and privacy of minors are often illegally utilized and leaked. As a vulnerable group in society, minors face more severe challenges and risks in the field of information security. However, there are still many challenges and difficulties at both the legal and practical levels that need further exploration and improvement. Measures such as considering flexible adjustments to the age standards for minors, establishing identity verification rules, refining the legal obligation of ‘informed consent’, and optimizing the ‘consent’ mechanism for guardians could help in effectively applying the informed consent rules for guardians and provide stronger support for the protection of minors’ personal information and privacy. 在数字化时代背景下，未成年人个人信息和隐私遭非法利用和泄露常常发生。作为社会的薄弱群体，未成年人在信息安全领域面临着更为严峻的挑战和风险。然而，该规则在法律和实践层面仍然存在诸多挑战和困境，都需要进一步探讨和完善。可以考虑实施灵活调整未成年人年龄标准、设立身份识别规则、细化“知情”的法定义务、优化监护人“同意”机制等措施，会有助于监护人知情同意规则的有效适用，为未成年人的个人信息安全和隐私保护提供更有力的支持。
