• Abstract: This paper focuses on the research field of mobile dynamic assessment abroad, systematically sorts out the connotation and application of social and cultural theory in linguistics, and focuses on the core concepts such as the zone of proximal development and dynamic assessment, as well as the extension and development of mobile dynamic assessment in second language acquisition. Through a comprehensive analysis of the status, technical means, assessment framework and application cases of related foreign research, it reveals the important value and challenges of dynamic assessment theory in multiple fields such as education and language acquisition. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the reform of college English education in my country, and at the same time lay the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study of the localized application of mobile dynamic assessment theory, and promote the coordinated development of relevant academic research and educational practice in my country. 本文聚焦于国外移动动态评估研究领域，系统梳理了语言学中社会文化理论的内涵与应用，重点阐述了最近发展区、动态评估等核心概念以及移动动态评估在二语习得中的延伸与发展。通过综合分析国外相关研究的现状、技术手段、评估框架及应用案例，揭示了动态评估理论在教育、语言习得等多领域的重要价值与面临的挑战。本文旨在为我国大学英语教育改革提供理论借鉴与实践参考，同时为后续深入研究移动动态评估理论的本土化应用奠定基础，推动我国相关学术研究与教育实践的协同发展。
