• Abstract: At the new stage of China’s high-quality economic and social development, enhancing the affinity and appeal of college ideological and political education has become a core issue to improve its quality and efficiency. This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 1,500 students and in-depth interviews with 50 ideological and political teachers from 5 different types of colleges (comprehensive, science and technology, higher vocational) in northern Jiangsu, using a self-designed evaluation scale and SPSS 26.0 for data analysis. The results reveal the overall level, group differences and prominent problems of the affinity and appeal, and analyze the causes from subjective cognition, objective environment and institutional mechanisms. Targeted strategies such as precision education, resource integration and mechanism optimization are proposed to provide practical references for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges. 在我国经济社会迈向高质量发展的新阶段，如何增强高校思想政治教育亲和力，成为推动思政教育提质增效的核心议题。本研究以苏北地区5所不同类型高校（含综合类、理工类、高职类）为研究对象，通过自编高校思想政治教育亲和力评价量表，对1500名大学生开展问卷调查，并对50名思政教师进行深度访谈，运用SPSS26.0软件进行数据统计分析。研究系统呈现了当前高校思想政治教育亲和力的整体水平、群体差异及突出问题，从主观认知、客观环境、制度机制三个维度剖析问题成因，最终提出精准化教育、资源整合、机制优化等针对性提升策略，为高校思想政治教育高质量发展提供实践参考。
