Abstract:
Breastfeeding is crucial for maternal and infant health; however, returning to work presents significant challenges for mothers seeking to maintain lactation. Grounded in Self-Efficacy Theory, this study investigates the mechanism through which postpartum allyship influences the sustained breastfeeding intention of employed mothers. Specifically, breastfeeding self-efficacy was examined as a mediator. Employed mothers who had returned to work after maternity leave were recruited as participants. Data from 261 valid questionnaires, collected via snowball sampling, were analyzed using regression analysis and bootstrap testing. The results indicate that: (1) Postpartum allyship has a significant positive effect on sustained breastfeeding intention; (2) Breastfeeding self-efficacy mediates the relationship between postpartum allyship and sustained breastfeeding intention.
母乳喂养对母婴健康至关重要,然而返岗女员工维持哺乳面临诸多挑战。基于自我效能感理论,选取母乳喂养自我效能感作为中介变量,探讨产后同盟关系对返岗女员工持续哺乳意愿的作用机制。以有过返岗哺乳经历的女员工为研究对象,通过滚雪球的方法收集到261份有效问卷,并对数据进行回归分析、Bootstrap检验。研究结果表明:(1)产后同盟关系对返岗女员工持续哺乳意愿有显著正向影响;(2)母乳喂养自我效能感在产后同盟关系与返岗女员工持续哺乳意愿中起中介作用。
