• Abstract: As China’s population ages at an accelerated pace, traditional family and institutional eldercare models face numerous challenges. Mutual aid eldercare, as an emerging approach based on resource sharing and emotional connection, has gradually garnered attention from all sectors of society. This paper, based on a systematic review of relevant literature, analyzes the psychological motivations of elderly individuals participating in mutual aid eldercare, focusing on key factors such as self-actualization, intergenerational emotional connection, and social belonging. Additionally, from the perspective of community governance, it summarizes the supportive conditions and potential obstacles for the development of mutual aid eldercare in terms of institutional support, resource integration, service collaboration, and incentive mechanisms. Furthermore, the article reviews the theoretical construction and practical exploration of urban and rural mutual aid health and wellness mechanisms, proposing a feasible path to promote the deep integration of mutual aid eldercare with community governance and rural revitalization strategies under the logical framework of “psychological drive - institutional perception - behavioral response”. Finally, in alignment with the national active aging strategy and the needs of the eldercare service system construction, this paper puts forward several policy recommendations, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical insights for the promotion of mutual aid eldercare models and the optimization of the eldercare system. 随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，传统家庭养老和机构养老模式面临诸多挑战，互助养老作为一种以资源共享与情感联结为基础的新兴养老方式逐渐受到社会各界的关注。本文在系统梳理相关文献的基础上，对老年人参与互助养老的心理动因进行了分析，重点探讨了自我价值实现、代际情感联结以及社会归属感等关键因素。同时，从社区治理视角出发，总结了社区在制度支持、资源整合、服务协同和激励机制等方面对互助养老发展的支撑条件与潜在障碍。进一步地，文章评述了城乡互助康养机制的理论构建与实践探索，提出了在“心理驱动—制度感知—行为响应”逻辑框架下，推动互助养老与社区治理、乡村振兴战略深度融合的可行路径。最后，结合国家积极老龄化战略和养老服务体系建设需求，本文提出了若干政策性建议，以期为互助养老模式的推广与养老制度优化提供理论参考和实践启示。
