• Abstract: This study focuses on the entrepreneurial group among college students and explores the relationships among entrepreneurial personality, entrepreneurial environment, and college students’ high entrepreneurial wellbeing. By adopting literature analysis, questionnaire survey, qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), and interview methods, this research systematically reviews domestic and international studies and identifies that current research on entrepreneurial well-being among college students primarily emphasizes external environmental factors, while integrated psychological analyses remain insufficient. This study constructs a theoretical framework of “Entrepreneurial Personality-Entrepreneurial Environment-High Entrepreneurial Well-Being,” taking entrepreneurial personality traits (need for achievement, risk-taking, proactiveness) and entrepreneurial environment (family support, school support, social support) as antecedent variables. Using QCA, we examine how different configurations of these variables drive high entrepreneurial well-being. The findings offer theoretical foundations and practical pathways for enhancing entrepreneurial well-being among college students and improving entrepreneurial support systems, providing empirical and theoretical support for the implementation of the national strategy of ‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’ and the construction of a happy society. 本文聚焦大学生创业群体，探索创业人格、创业环境与大学生高创业幸福感的关系。通过文献分析、问卷调查、定性比较分析（QCA）及访谈法，系统梳理国内外相关研究发现，当前对大学生创业幸福感的研究多聚焦外部环境，缺乏心理层面的整合分析。本研究构建“创业人格-创业环境-高创业幸福感”理论框架，以创业人格（成就需要、风险承担、主动性）和创业环境（家庭支持、学校支持、社会支持）为前因变量，运用QCA方法分析变量组合对高创业幸福感的驱动机制，为提升大学生创业幸福感、完善创业支持体系提供理论依据与实践路径，助力“大众创业、万众创新”战略推进及幸福社会建设。
