社会工作融入民办高校学生管理工作的研究

  • Abstract: Private colleges and universities constitute an important component of China’s higher education system, yet their student management work is confronted with dual predicaments. On one hand, counselors are deficient in practical experience and professional competence; on the other hand, students exhibit such problems as weak autonomous learning ability, poor psychological resilience, inadequate digital literacy and deficient political awareness, which restrict the effectiveness of management work. For this reason, integrating social work into student management has emerged as a new approach to break the impasse. The two fields are highly compatible in terms of values, working methods and role requirements, laying a solid foundation for their integration. In practice, efforts need to be made in three aspects. First, in terms of ideology, it is essential to cultivate counselors’ professional dedication, practice the concept of acceptance, and respect students’ right to self-determination and their individualized needs. Second, in terms of role positioning, we should draw on the diversified advantages of social workers as service providers and supporters. Third, in terms of working methods, casework can be adopted for targeted assistance, group work for promoting mutual support among students, and community work for building a favorable education-oriented environment. This study aims to provide a reference for private colleges and universities to optimize their student management models, enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of related work, and facilitate the achievement of the fundamental goal of moral education. 民办高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,但其学生管理工作面临双重困境:辅导员实务经验匮乏、专业能力不足;学生则存在自主学习能力弱、心理素质欠佳、网络素养与政治意识薄弱等问题,制约了管理工作实效。为此,将社会工作融入学生管理成为破局新路径。二者在价值理念、工作方法及角色要求上高度契合,为融合提供了基础。实践中,需从三方面发力:理念上培育辅导员“敬业”精神,践行“接纳”理念,尊重学生“自决”权与“个别化”需求;角色上借鉴社工服务提供者、支持者等多元优势;方法上以个案工作精准帮扶,小组工作促进互助,社区工作营造育人环境。本研究旨在为民办高校优化学生管理模式提供参考,提升工作专业性与实效性,助力实现立德树人目标。
