  • Abstract: This study focuses on sports scenarios, delving into the application pathways and practical outcomes of AI technology in sports injury prediction, prevention, and rehabilitation therapy. The research aims to achieve early prediction of sports injuries through AI, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and enhance injury prevention and rehabilitation outcomes. By leveraging wearable devices and data mining techniques, the study analyzes athletes’ historical injury data and real-time performance metrics to build predictive models for sports injuries, enabling early detection of potential risks. 本文聚焦运动场景,深入探讨AI技术(AI)技术在运动损伤预测、预防及康复治疗中的应用路径与实践效果。研究旨在通过AI技术实现运动损伤的早期预测,制定个性化康复方案,进而提升损伤预防与康复的整体效果。借助可穿戴设备与数据挖掘技术,分析运动人员的历史伤病数据及实时运动数据,构建运动损伤预测模型,以实现潜在损伤风险的提前预警。
