• Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep advancement of the Ecological Civilization Strategy, the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin serves as both a vital national ecological security barrier and a major hub for cultural exchange. However, its integrated development of Sports-Culture-Tourism (SCT) faces the dual challenges of ecological protection and industrial synergy. Utilizing literature review and logical analysis, and rooted in the core philosophy of “harmony between humanity and nature,” this study systematically clarifies the theoretical foundation and evolution of SCT integration. The research proposes a fusion concept aligned with the regional ecological background and identifies five distinct integration models: ecological leadership, sports embedding, community co-construction, festival platforms, and digital empowerment. Furthermore, it outlines an integration path across four dimensions: resource synergy, content innovation, mechanism reshaping, and technological driving. The study concludes that the multi-dimensional synergy of “Ecology-Culture-Sports-Tourism” is the essential logic for achieving high-quality integrated development in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin. The “Philosophy-Model-Path” trinity serves as the practical fulcrum to ensure this integration takes firm root. 在生态文明战略深入推进的时代背景下，黄河流域甘肃段作为国家生态安全屏障和文化交融重地，其体文旅融合发展面临生态保护与产业协同的双重挑战。研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，立足“人与自然和谐共生”的核心理念，系统梳理体文旅融合的理论基础与内涵演变，提出契合生态本底的融合理念，提炼生态引领、体育嵌入、社区共建、节事平台、数字赋能等五类融合模式，并从资源协同、内容创新、机制重塑与技术驱动四个维度提出融合路径。研究认为，“生态—文化—体育—旅游”多元协同是实现黄河流域甘肃段体文旅融合高质量发展的关键逻辑，“理念—模式—路径”三位一体的统合机制是推动体文旅融合落地生根的实践支点。
