  • Abstract: Entrepreneurship is the core competency of business talent cultivation in the new era, as well as a critical driving force for high-quality economic development. Based on an analysis of the shortcomings of traditional business education in entrepreneurship cultivation, the paper elaborates on the unique value of the Walking Classroom in realizing the sublimation from knowledge to spirit, tempering the ability to solve problems, and promoting the internalization of values. Furthermore, centering on the five core dimensions of entrepreneurship, this paper constructs a social practice system integrating “value guidance, context embedding, practice-driven development, and reflection and sublimation”, and designs targeted practical paths. Finally, from four aspects including institutional system, faculty construction, platform support, as well as evaluation and incentive mechanism, this paper puts forward the supporting guarantee system for building a sustainable education mode of the Walking Classroom. As a situational and experiential education model, the Walking Classroom serves as a beneficial supplement to traditional business education, and can effectively promote students’ internalization of entrepreneurship from cognitive recognition to ideological identification. 企业家精神是新时代商科人才培育的核心素养,也是经济高质量发展的重要驱动力。本文在剖析传统商科教育在企业家精神培养中存在短板的基础上,阐释“行走课堂”在实现知识向精神升华、锤炼真实问题解决能力、促进价值内化等方面的独特价值;进而围绕企业家精神五大维度,构建融合“价值引领、情境嵌入、实践驱动、反思升华”的社会实践体系,设计了针对性实践路径;最后从制度、师资、平台、评价与激励四个层面,提出构建“行走课堂”可持续育人模式的支撑保障机制。“行走课堂”作为情景化、体验式教育模式,是传统商科教育的有益补充,能有效推动学生对企业家精神从认知到认同的内化。
