共同富裕视域下文化赋能古城复兴的路径研究——以杭州分水古城为例

• Abstract: Although ancient cities are rich in historical and cultural relics, they often face numerous problems such as population loss, backward industries, and outdated facilities. Therefore, revitalization has become a core issue for the development of many ancient cities. This paper, from a cultural perspective, takes Fenshui Ancient City as an example, analyzes the revitalization paths of ancient cities through three dimensions: Time, Space, and Function. On this basis, it proposes countermeasures for ancient cities to achieve revitalization from four aspects: cultural revitalization, morphological revitalization, industrial revitalization, and governance revitalization. In addition, it aims to achieve the Common Prosperity of the ancient cities from the perspective of culture, space, industry and governance. 古城虽然拥有丰富的历史文化遗存，但也往往存在人员外迁、产业落后、设施老旧等诸多问题。因此，如何实现复兴成为许多古城发展所面临的主要问题。本文从文化视角切入，以分水古城为例，通过时间、空间以及功能三个维度对千年古城复兴策略进行分析，在此基础上，从文化复兴、形态复兴、产业复兴、治理复兴四个角度提出文化赋能古城复兴的路径对策，并结合共同富裕时代背景，通过古城复兴实现文化润富、形态创富、产业致富、治理享富。
