Abstract:
This article argues that volunteer teaching groups, as a high-quality mechanism for “flexible talent introduction”, inject fresh vitality into rural education systems through bilateral integration into educational practice, organizational embedding for multi-stakeholder collaboration, and environmental embedding for social and cultural influence. In the context of the intelligent era, these research and support teams can effectively bridge the urbanrural digital divide, empower rural teachers, and reshape educational scenarios by playing three roles: “guides for smart education”,“connectors of digital resources”, and “co-creators of the educational ecosystem”, thereby providing a sustainable path for the “high-quality development” of education for rural children.
推动农村儿童教育高质量发展是乡村振兴战略与实现教育公平的关键环节。本文认为支教团作为一种高质量的“柔性人才引进”机制,通过双边嵌入教育实践、组织嵌入多主体协同、环境嵌入社会文化影响为农村教育系统注入了新鲜活力。然而,其短期性、外部性等特征也带来可持续性等挑战。据此农村儿童教育的高质量发展关键在于将支教团的“嵌入”有效转化为与本地教育生态的“融合”。在智能时代背景下,研支团能够有效弥合城乡数字鸿沟,赋能乡村教师,从而为农村儿童教育的高质量发展提供可持续的路径。
