• Abstract: As an important part of the rural revitalization strategy, cultural revitalization is of great significance for promoting the all-round development of rural areas. Taking Yucun Village in Zhejiang Province, the birthplace of the “Two Mountains” theory, as the research object, this paper adopts the case analysis method to deeply analyze its practical paths of rural cultural innovation. The study finds that Yucun has broken through the traditional resourcedependent model and constructed a comprehensive cultural innovation system through such paths as cross-domain integration, modern expression of traditional resources, innovation of traditional media, cultivation of new rural elites and institutional-ecological innovation. On this basis, this paper summarizes a comprehensive driving mechanism for the cultural innovation and development of Yucun: “conceptual guidance–factor restructuring–subject coordination– ecological empowerment”. The research shows that the core of the Yucun model lies in transforming macro policy orientation into micro innovation momentum, realizing the dual realization of ecological value and cultural value. 文化振兴作为乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分，对于促进乡村全面发展具有重大意义。本文以“两山”理念发源地浙江余村为研究对象，运用案例分析法，深入剖析其乡村文化创新的实践路径。研究发现，余村突破了传统资源依赖模式，通过跨领域融合、传统资源现代表达、传统媒介革新、新乡贤培育以及制度生态创新等路径实践，构建了全方位的文化创新体系。在此基础上，本文提炼出“理念引领—要素重组—主体协同—生态赋能”的余村文化创新发展综合驱动机制。研究表明，余村模式的核心在于将宏观政策导向转化为微观创新动能，实现了生态价值与文化价值的双重变现。
