Abstract:
Rural revitalization urgently requires multi-disciplinary urban-rural planning talents. The deep integration of party building and professional education provides a crucial support for cultivating such talents. This paper takes the "Interviewing 100 Teenagers and Meeting 100 Village Party Secretaries" activity of Zhejiang City University as a case, based on the "Ten Thousand Project" practice field, systematically explains the value connotation, internal logic and implementation path of the Party building leading the Ten Thousand Project thematic social practice to empower the cultivation of rural revitalization planning talents. The practice shows that by relying on the complete practical chain of on-site field investigation and research, precise problem analysis, design of implementation plans, and summary of experience models, students can build a cognitive system of theoretical and practical transformation, form a multidimensional cognition of rural value, and hone core capabilities that combine technical ability and comprehensive quality. Based on this, three innovative strategies are proposed: constructing a school-town symbiotic practice education community, creating a three-dimensional linkage professional practice teaching system, and establishing a result feedback closed-loop training mechanism, providing practical references for the urban-rural planning major to meet the strategic requirements of rural revitalization and innovate the talent training model.
乡村振兴亟需复合型城乡规划人才,党建与专业教育深度融合,为培育该类人才提供关键支撑。本文以浙大城市学院“百名青少年访谈百名村支书”活动为案例,立足“千万工程”实践场域,系统阐释党建引领千万工程主题社会实践赋能乡村振兴规划人才培育的价值内涵、内在逻辑与实施路径。实践表明,依托乡村实地踏勘调研、精准问题研判、落地方案设计、经验模式总结的完整实践链条,可推动学生搭建理论与实践双向转化的认知体系,形成对乡村价值的多维认知,锤炼技术能力与综合素养兼备的核心能力。据此提出三大创新策略:构建校地共生实践育人共同体、打造三维联动专业实践教学体系、建立成果反哺闭环培养机制,为城乡规划专业对接乡村振兴战略需求、创新人才培养模式提供实践参考。
