• 摘要： 本文以乒乓球竞技5要素原理为基础结合衔接技术理论和一个心理效应、 一个生理定律对乒乓球各个时期的发展及国际乒联改 40+ 塑料球前后乒乓球运 动员核心技术与非核心技术、战术、心理进行诊断分析。结果发现：技术元素 和战术元素长期分置于核心技术与非核心技术之中没有得到整合是导致技、战 术结构呈现技术超强、战术却欠佳的现象。研究认为，小球（38 mm）时代球体 轻技术元素的作用很大，强大的杀伤力使得弧圈球技术一枝独秀，以至于战术 的用武之地远远没得到发挥，且抹杀了颗粒打法的生存空间，乒乓球竞技运动 的发展已经偏离了正轨。结论：国际乒联 40+ABS 塑料球改革实质上是一次“伟 大的纠错”，使得技术、战术得以均衡和颗粒打法重见曙光朝向健康的方向发展。
• Based on the five elements of table tennis competition, combined with the theory of connection technique, a psychological effect and a physiological law, this paper analyzes the core technology and non core technology, tactics, psychology of table tennis players before and after the reform of 40 + plastic ball by ITTF, as well as the development of each period of table tennis. The results show that: technical elements and tactical elements are not integrated in the core technology and non core technology for a long time, which leads to the phenomenon that the technical and tactical structure is super strong, but the tactics are not good. The research shows that the ball light technology plays a very important role in the era of small ball (38 mm). The powerful lethality makes the loop drive ball technology unique, so that the tactical application is far from being played, and the survival space of the particle playing is eliminated. The development of table tennis competitive sports has deviated from the right track. Conclusion: the reform of ITTF 40 + ABS plastic ball is a “great error correction” in essence, which makes the technology and tactics balanced and the pellet playing method return to a healthy direction.
