• 摘要： 运动非智力因素系统是运动员运动训练竞赛活动的动力——调节系统，具有动力、定向、引导、维持、调节、强化等功能。能否有效培养运动非智力因素直接关系到运动员的成长成才。本文采用观察法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法，概括出了两大类运动非智力因素的培养方法 , 并对运动训练竞赛活动有重要影响的 10 项具体运动非智力因素的培养措施进行了梳理。
• Sports non-intelligence factor system is the dynamic-regulating system of athletes’ sports training and competition activities which has function such as power, direction, guidance, maintenance, adjustment, enhancement and so on. Whether it can effectively cultivate sports non-intelligence factors is directly related to the growth of athletes. The author uses the methods of observation, expert interview and logical analysis to summarize the cultivation methods of two kinds of sports non-intelligence factors and to tease out the cultivation measures of 10 specific sports non-intelligence factors which have important influence on sports training and competition activities.
