• Abstract: We should, keeping in mind the new notion of "Putting people first", through constantly improving sports apparatus and facilities, through improving the quality of trainers and instructors, try to establish a management network of community sports with Chinese characteristics. This is crucial to the further development of community popular sports activities. 牢固树立“以人为本”的新理念，在不断完善体育场地、设施和全面提高社会体育指导员队伍素质的基础上，通过广泛宣传和科学指导，努力构建具有中国特色的社区体育管理网络，是进一步发展社区大众体育事业的关键。
