全民健身视域下上海市高校体育与社区体育资源共享研究

• 摘要： 为深入探讨全民健身国家战略下，高校体育与社区体育资源共享问题，本研究选择上海市高校体育和社区体育资源共享作为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实地调查法等研究方法，对上海市高校体育和社区体育资源共享情况进行调查。分析发现，上海市高校体育和社区体育资源共享存在政策落实难、运行机制不健全、资金扶持不足、资源共享意识薄弱等问题。鉴于此，本研究将从制定相关政策法规、完善运行管理机制、提升资金支持力度、强化共享资源意识等方面提出利于上海市高校体育与社区体育资源共享的对策与建议，以期为高校体育与社区体育更好地融合发展提供理论支持和实践启示。
• In order to discuss the sports resources sharing problem of the college and community under the national fitness strategy, this study selected the Shanghai college and community sports resources sharing as the research object by using the methods of literature material, questionnaire survey and field investigation for the investigation of Shanghai college and community sports resources sharing situation. The analysis found that the Shanghai college and community sports resources sharing faced the difficulty for implementing policy. Operation mechanism is not sound. Capital insufficiency. Weak awareness of resource sharing. In view of this conditions, this study will put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sharing of college and community sports resources in Shanghai from the aspects of formulating relevant policies and regulations, improving operation and management mechanism, enhancing financial support, and strengthening the awareness of sharing resources, so as to provide theoretical support and practical enlightenment for the better integration and development of college sports and community sports.
