• 摘要： 乒乓球是一项需要高度技巧和战术意识的运动。在乒乓球育才过程中，训练理念、技战术及心理训练方法都至关重要。本文从五个方面探讨了乒乓球训练的关键要素。第一，探讨了乒乓球的最佳击球点；第二，分析了正手弧圈球教学训练中的疑点；第三，对反手弧圈球技术的两种技击方法进行了比较分析；第四，将两面摆速提升到战术层面进行训练；第五，分析了教练员在心理训练中的作用。本文结合生物力学原理和乒乓球5要素原理及衔接技术理论，为乒乓球训练提供了科学的理论支持，有助于提高教练员的教学水平和运动员的技战术水平以及竞赛表现。
• Table tennis is a sport that requires a high level of skill and tactical awareness. In the process of cultivating talents in table tennis, training concepts, technical tactics, and psychological training methods are all crucial. This article explores the key elements of table tennis training from five aspects. Firstly, the optimal hitting point of table tennis was explored; Secondly, the doubts in the teaching and training of forehand loop drive were analyzed; Thirdly, a comparative analysis was conducted on the two attack methods of backhand loop drive; Fourthly, Increase the left and right swing speed to the tactical level for training; Fifthly, the role of coaches in psychological training was analyzed. This article combines the principles of biomechanics and the five elements of table tennis, as well as the theory of connecting technique, to provide scientific theoretical support for table tennis training, providing scientific theoretical support for table tennis training, and helping to improve the teaching level of coaches, the technical and tactical level of athletes, and competition performance.
