• Abstract: 110m hurdles is composed of each stages of time, the faster the time short speed, the faster the shorter time, through the literature method, image analysis, comparative analysis and logical analysis of the 2023 national track and field championships (Quzhou station) three men 110m hurdles event before the final speed change analysis, athletes can intuitively see their speed change, clear need to further improvement, also for coaches sports training design data feedback, help athletes improve performance. The results show that the speed distribution mode of the athletes meets the technical requirements, and the maximum speed reaches the level of the world excellent athletes, but the response of the athletes is slow, the maximum speed between the hurdles is small, and the rear force needs to be improved. 110米栏的成绩由各个阶段的时间构成，时间越短则速度越快，速度越快则时间越短。本文运用文献资料法、影像分析法、比较分析法和逻辑分析法，对2023年全国田径锦标赛（衢州站）男子110米栏项目决赛前三名运动员的全程速度变化进行分析。运动员可以直观地看到自己速度的变化，明确需要进一步改善的地方，同时也为教练员合理设计运动训练方案提供数据反馈，以帮助运动员提高成绩。结果表明，运动员的速度分配模式符合技术要求，最大速度达到世界优秀运动员水平，但是运动员的反应时较慢，栏间最大速度保持的栏架数较少，且后程发力仍需改进。
