• Abstract: This study adopts a composite method combining literature research with case analysis to systematically analyze the value evolution and morphological reconstruction of traditional Chinese martial arts in the process of modernization. It focuses on the three core challenges facing the inheritance of martial arts body culture: the conflict between the traditional body cognitive paradigm and the modern scientific system, the institutional dissolution of the patriarchal inheritance field, and the alienation of martial arts value from life philosophy to consumer symbols. By exploring the theoretical construction of the integration of martial arts with modern science, body aesthetics and modern technology, the study proposes a path of integration of paradigm innovation of educational inheritance and health promotion, aiming to deepen the theoretical basis of martial arts body culture and provide academic support and practical solutions for the modernization of martial arts. 本研究采用文献研究与个案分析相结合的复合方法，系统解析中国传统武术在现代化进程中的价值嬗变与形态重构。聚焦于武术身体文化传承面临的三大核心挑战：传统身体认知范式与现代科学体系的冲突、宗法传承场域的制度性消解，以及武术价值从生命哲学向消费符号的异化。研究通过探索武术与现代科学、身体美学及现代科技的融合理论建构，提出教育传承的范式创新与健康促进的融合路径，旨在深化武术身体文化的理论基础，并为武术的现代化发展提供学理支撑与实践方案。
