Abstract:
This study focuses on the Yanbian Region as a case study and uses empirical research to analyze the current status and influencing factors of physical education teachers’ professional identity, as well as its underlying relationship with job satisfaction in teaching. The findings reveal that: (1) The overall professional identity of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Yanbian Region is at a moderately high level; (2) Their job satisfaction in teaching is also at a moderately high level; (3) Significant positive correlations are found across all dimensions of professional identity and job satisfaction; (4) Each dimension of professional identity has a positive predictive effect on selfactualization among these teachers. The results provide valuable insights for improving physical education in the Yanbian Region and across China, thus contributing to balanced and high-quality development of physical education in the new era.
本研究以延边地区为例,通过实证研究的方式,深入分析延边地区体育教师的职业认同现状、影响因素及其与教学工作满意度之间的内在联系。研究结果表明:(1)延边地区中小学体育教师的职业认同总体处于中等偏上水平;(2)延边地区中小学体育教师的工作满意度处于中等偏上水平;(3)职业认同各维度与工作满意度各维度之间存在显著的正相关关系;(4)延边地区中小学体育教师职业认同各维度对自我实现有正向预测作用。通过本研究,能够为延边地区乃至全国范围内体育教育的改进与发展提供有益参考,进一步推动我国体育教育事业的均衡与高质量发展。
