Abstract:
With the continuous development of national fitness, the goal of national health has gradually become the objective of people's sports activities, and the integration of sports and health has been deepening. This paper takes the implementation status of cross-disciplinary thematic learning of "Physical Education and Health" in primary schools in Chaozhou City as the research object. Firstly, it clarifies the core connotations of cross-disciplinary and crossdisciplinary integration of physical education and health. Then, through research methods such as literature review, field investigation, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, it systematically analyzes the content, path, frequency, effect, and implementation differences of cross-disciplinary thematic learning of physical education and health in primary schools in this region. It explores the core challenges in the teaching implementation, aiming to clarify the practical value and development pain points of cross-disciplinary thematic learning in physical education, and provide targeted strategies for improving the high-quality development capacity of cross-disciplinary thematic learning of "Physical Education and Health" in primary schools in Chaozhou City. At the same time, it provides effective references for the cross-disciplinary integration of physical education in the context of national health.
随着全民健身的不断发展,全民健康逐渐成为人们运动的目标,体育与健康的融合程度不断加深。本文以潮州市小学阶段“体育与健康”跨学科主题学习的实施现状为研究对象,首先明确跨学科及体育与健康跨学科的核心内涵,再通过文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等研究方法展开研究,系统分析该地区小学体育与健康跨学科主题学习的内容、路径、频率、效果及实施差异,探究教学实施中的核心挑战,旨在明确体育跨学科主题学习的实践价值与发展痛点,为提升潮州市小学阶段“体育与健康”跨学科主题学习高质量发展能力提供针对性策略,同时为全民健康背景下的体育教育跨学科融合提供有效参考。
