• Abstract: Guided by the concept of “harmonious coexistence between humans and nature” and the national strategy for high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, promoting the deep integration of sports, culture, and tourism has become a key issue for regional sustainable development. By using literature review and logical analysis methods, this study systematically analyzed the current practice of the integration of sports, culture, and tourism, and identified three core development patterns: government-led, market-driven, and community-driven. The research further revealed four deep-seated challenges that hinder the high-quality development of the integration: decentralized management systems, ecological protection constraints, lack of professional talents, and regional development imbalance. In response to these challenges, four implementation paths were proposed: improving cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms to break through institutional barriers, strictly adhering to ecological bottom lines and scientifically expanding green spaces, strengthening support for multi-disciplinary talents to drive product innovation, and optimizing regional layout to promote balanced development. 在“人与自然和谐共生”理念及黄河流域高质量发展国家战略指引下，推动体育、文化、旅游深度融合已成为区域可持续发展的关键议题。运用文献资料、逻辑分析法，系统剖析了黄河流域甘肃段体文旅融合的实践现状，识别出政府主导、市场自发与社区内生三种核心发展样态。研究认为：管理体制分散、生态保护约束、专业人才匮乏与区域发展失衡是制约融合高质量发展的困境。针对上述困境，提出通过健全跨部门协同机制以突破体制壁垒，严守生态底线并科学拓展绿色空间，强化复合型人才支撑以驱动产品创新，以及优化区域布局促进均衡发展四大实施路径。
