- Abstract: This study focuses on the innovative development strategies for integrating “Sports + Labor Education” with rural tourism resources under the context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. It deeply analyzes the theoretical foundations of this integration and reveals the current integration status through detailed case studies of several typical domestic examples. The study identifies key challenges in the integration process, such as insufficient depth, talent shortages, weak infrastructure, and lagging brand development. Furthermore, it proposes systematic innovative development strategies encompassing resource integration planning, talent cultivation and introduction, infrastructure improvement, technology integration and empowerment, and green ecological development. A benefit evaluation index system and safeguard mechanisms are also constructed. This study aims to provide novel and feasible ideas for the sustainable and high-quality development of rural tourism, thereby effectively promoting the comprehensive achievement of Rural Revitalization Strategy’s goals across economic, social, cultural, and ecological dimensions. 本研究聚焦于乡村振兴战略背景下，“体育+劳育”与乡村旅游资源融合的创新开发策略。深入剖析二者融合的理论依据，通过对国内多个典型案例的详尽分析揭示当前融合现状，挖掘出融合过程中存在的深度不足、人才短缺、基础设施薄弱，以及品牌建设滞后等问题。进而提出涵盖资源整合规划、人才培育引进、基础设施建设完善、科技融合赋能以及绿色生态发展等多维度的系统性创新开发策略，并构建效益评估指标体系与保障机制。旨在为乡村旅游的可持续与高质量发展提供新颖且可行的思路，有力推动乡村振兴战略在经济、社会、文化与生态等多层面目标的全面达成。
